Most “AI agents” have never done the job.

The category is full of demos. Agents trained on synthetic tickets, validated against benchmarks nobody in the industry recognizes, sold by teams who have never quoted a policy, closed a claim, or answered to a regulator. They work in the deck and break in production — because the deck never had a real customer, a real compliance rule, or a real edge case in it.

We took the opposite path. We build agents the only way we trust: by running the business ourselves, on live operations, with our own license on the line. If an agent can't survive our own back office, it never reaches yours.
